Gorgeous Vintage Ring
First let me say I am thrilled this site finally got an online shopping cart. No more falling for pieces that are already sold or having to fax info in. Onto my purchase. My 17 carat vintage amethyst ring is stunning. The stone is a deep purple with red & blue flashes and the ruby side stones provide a unique pairing. Fay Cullen always provides numerous photos, but I must say as nice as this ring looked in its pic, they didn't do it justice. I nearly fell over seeing it in person. It was sized and shipped very quickly. I have bought from here before and would buy from here again.

Shipping & Follow-up
The rings was sized and shipped the day after I ordered it, however; Federal Express Saver charges were much higher than mine and it took 5 days to get to (atlanta area)-- that is slower than U.S. priority or registered mail. :-( The request for feedback was received in my emailbox (60) times not sure what happened there. The ring is very nice and I am pleased w/ my purchase-but someone needs to check out alternate means of shipping and their respective delivery times.

Please note that our shipping charges are averaged and FedEx quotes 3 working days, which is exactly when your ring arrived. Additionally, the 5 days ring sizing was completed the same day for you at no additional charge so you actually received your ring 5 days early.

Traded Jewelry for an Exquisite Ring!!!

Beautiful Victorian Necklace!
We have just received a beautiful Victorian necklace from Fay Cullen, it is just as described and absolutely perfect! It is not our first purchase from this website and definitely not our last. We have read some of the previous comments - one person says that he and his wife are still staring at the engagement ring after nine months - well, we are still staring at our engagement ring that we bought from Fay Cullen SEVEN YEARS ago, and we are still receiving lots of compliments, not only from friends but even from totally unknown people (like store/bank clerks etc). Absolutely Stunning Engagement Ring!
Wow, I received an engagement ring from this website, it's absolutely stunning! I have to say, ordering from a website for something this big is a bit worrisome, but wow, I was not disappointed in the least. The customer service was amazing, I received quick responses to all of the questions I had. The ring actually looks even better than the picture. I would recommend this website to anyone. Repairs - Outstanding Service!
I know that repairs are few and far between with Fay Cullen, but I'm sure they they do happen. My antique watch needed some TLC and it was dealt with by outstanding service.
