The pictures on your website are not only incredibly detailed and accurate, but really don't do the ACTUAL piece of jewelry justice. My ring is my dream ring!
I received my ring today! It is really beautiful. And like many other comments, pictures did not do it justice. The hue of the sapphire is a beautiful royal blue with flashes of purple. Just what I really wanted! Thanks for the the gift that was sent along with my ring. I appreciate the little extras that your company did so that my ring would get here in timely manner. Thanks for the sweet note that came with the ring. The diamonds are fiery and and really enhance the sapphire! My ring is my dream ring. An being my 2nd marriage, I wanted a different ring. The Patience of a Saint!
I purchased several Victorian and an Art Deco Ring. This was my first time ordering from Fay Cullen and I must say, it was a very pleasurable experience. In today's world, Customer Service is indeed a "rarity," yet the Gentleman who handled my transaction was named Marc and he is outstanding in his job - very professional, courteous and has the patience of a Saint! I would recommend Fay Cullen to anyone out there who wants to get top-quality jewelry at very reasonable costs and if you get lucky, maybe Marc can handle your transaction!!! I am sure I'll be a return customer thanks to Marc and his Professionalism in handling this transaction. He is definitely an Asset to the Fay Cullen Jewelry Organization. Marc Huot is the Man!
I have made two purchases through Fay Cullen. The first being my engagement ring. Though there were some issues with sizing (I have tiny fingers), and the first ring had to be returned as the design made it impossible to size, Marc made it all better. He actually tracked down the manufacturer, had the identical ring made in a size 4 and installed the center diamond from the initial purchase. All this took some time however, Marc and team went the extra mile to ensure I received the ring I fell in love with. I just made my second purchase yesterday and am confident it too shall be wonderful (it's a necklace so no sizing worries!) Even with the sizing issues on ring number one, my experience with Fay Cullen has been wonderful. I highly recommend Fay Cullen for their excellent selection of lovely jewelry at very reasonable prices. However, what really elevates Fay Cullen is the excellent customer service from Marc and his team. They will move heaven and earth to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. 5 Stars!

I was More than a little Nervous....
I was more than a little nervous about buying one of the most important jewelry purchases through a website. I ordered my engagement ring and paid through a series of emails (which is already more customer service than you'd get with most websites). After ordering my ring - I received the confirmation e-mail that Fay Cullen received my payment (that email said I would receive another e-mail regarding shipping details). Well, my only complaint is that I never received the shipping email. The ring arrived 3 business days after I paid in an extremely secure package (near impossible to open without scissors). It was beautiful, but I was still concerned about whether it was worth what we paid. It needed to be resized and I wanted to have it appraised just to be sure, so I took it to a local jeweler. The ring I bought from fay cullen was marked down to $850, (a steal for any fine jewelry) but it was independently appraised for $3200. Wow - THANK YOU. I'm sure I'll find another treasure on Fay Cullen's website & will feel very confident buying again. On many websites, its easy to find rants and raves about Fay Cullen's customer service, but it comes down to this: How important is it to you to have salesperson personally walk you through your entire purchase? Overall Fay Cullen is very fast & reliable in answering any questions, but they don't have "salespeople" working on commission (plus you are ordering through a website) - so what aspects of the buying process are important to you? Consider that question (maybe make a list) and that will be your answer as to whether you should buy online or in a physical store. (Plus Fay Cullen has a physical store in a nice place to vacation!)
