Great Service - Gorgeous Ring!
Fay Cullen made my future husband's life very easy. I am not a girl who is easy to please; I want the things that no one else has. When I found this website, I was in heaven! I have a particular taste for unique antique and vintage jewelry. The ring he purchased was everything I wanted and more. I want to give special thanks to Veronique. She was was so helpful throughout the entire process and was quick to get back to me with any questions or concerns. It looks like my future husband has found my dream jewelry store. Exquisite Jewelry With A Personal Touch
The quality, service and personal touch made shopping at Fay Cullen Inc. an absolute delight. Her collection is vast and exquisite, which can be very overwhelming for a person with very little experience in diamonds and fine jewelry. However, everybody at Fay Cullen Inc. was extremely patient and helpful while I meticulously chose the perfect engagement ring. They not only made sure my ring was sparkling and flawless but assured me it would be ready for my planned proposal on the Great Wall of China. I’m happy to report back that the Edwardian engagement ring absolutely took my fiancé’s breath away and continues to dazzle everybody who is lucky enough to see it. Thank you so much Fay!

Simply Stunning!
My engagement ring was picked out solely by my husband 5 years ago from Fay Cullen. When he presented the ring and asked me to marry him I could not believe how gorgeous my ring was. The detail was one of a kind and incredibly unique. When it came time to purchase my wedding band we went to Fay Cullen with the request to have a band made that would cup the engagement ring but not cover the details on the setting. They came through with another unique piece that was exactly as I asked. It maintained the look and feel of my antique style ring and created a beautiful set. This year for my birthday my husband had an identical band made to cup the other side of my engagement ring. I received the ring yesterday and the only thing I can say is that this set is Simply Stunning. The items sold by Fay Cullen are unique and truly more beautiful in person than the website could possibly convey. Thank you Fay Cullen! I will continue to be your customer for years to come.

I LOVE my engagement ring!
I do a lot of online shopping but this experience was one of the best I've ever had! I was leary for my fiance to buy my diamond engagement ring over the internet but after doing our research, we found they had an A rating w/the local better business bureau and all of the great reviews on this site as well as other positive feedback on Google etc, we felt confident to go with FCI. We looked for days and days online to find the perfect ring, and after finding this site, we couldn't buy anything anywhere else. The ring is so amazing - and I would agree that my ring is also more stunning then it appeared in the pics (and it looked beautiful in the pics) We had to do a rush order on it - have it rush engraved inside the shank and overnight shipped to Alaska - so when I flew into AK he had it and could propose. We were both stunned at how gorgeous the ring was. FCI customer service was beyond fantastic too. Very prompt, professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. We also got the appraisal a few days after the ring and it shows the retail price stated on the website. We know we got a fantastic deal on this ring :) I'll have it for the rest of my life! Absolutely Beautiful!
When I met my fiance, I knew he was the one because the thoughts of diamonds adorning my finger floated into my head. I always wanted a heart shaped diamond in a unique setting. I spent months searching for the perfect heart shaped diamond engagement ring and was about to give up and have one made when I found one on Fay Cullen.
